We find the best way to start engagements is to perform a phase zero analysis to discover and quantify where we can provide near-term value to the company and demonstrate the effectiveness of CALM. After developing the value proposition with the client we then, in subsequent phases, design the solution and develop an implementation plan that can be executed by the team to transform the business according to the CALM principles and methodologies.
